Caring for someone with dementia can feel overwhelming — you don’t have to do it alone.
Join Sangre de Cristo Community Care for our Virtual Dementia Caregiver Support Groups, held Thursdays from 2:00–3:00 p.m. This welcoming group is open to all caregivers — whether you are caring for a loved one, a friend, or assisting in a secondary caregiver role.
✨ Purpose of the group:
- Create a sense of community and connection
- Reduce caregiver stress
- Connect caregivers to helpful resources
- Provide ongoing support and education throughout the dementia caregiving journey
This is a safe, compassionate space to share, listen, learn, and feel supported.
