Music Grief and Healing

Music Grief and Healing is an ongoing group, and the topics range each session. We primarily focus on topics surrounding coping skills and emotional expression. Past session topics have been common grief responses, fear, anger, self-care, etc. We include at least one music therapy experience in each session.

For adults at a maximum of 8 participants.

$40 per session.
