Suddenly Single

Talking about death can be an unwelcomed and an uncomfortable conversation for many. Yet, there are too many individuals unprepared when even the most natural death occurs. Suddenly Single, Significant Other Grief & Loss Support Cooking for One Class, gets people together to learn how to navigate through grief while learning to cook for one using feel-good recipes. The classes are every first Friday of the month from 3-5 p.m. at 1920 Valley Drive. Cost is $20.
