February is not just a month for love but for appreciation. Join Sangre de Cristo Community Care for the Grateful Hearts event and write a special note of thanks for your family member or a thank you to the staff who cared for your family member or friend.
Each Grateful Heart from Sangre’s community will be displayed on a tree outside of the Cañon City location on Valentine’s Day.
To sign a Grateful Heart, stop by any office.
Please RSVP by February 6 to get a spot on the tree.
Grateful Hearts will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., February 14, at 601 Greenwood Ave., in Cañon City.
