Grief & Loss Support

Home Care We Provide Grief & Loss Support

Our grief educators, social workers, and trained volunteers support individuals of all ages—both families we’ve served and community members—helping them navigate grief so they can move forward with hope and healing.

How We Help

Grief affects everyone differently, and no one should have to navigate loss alone. At Sangre de Cristo Community Care, we provide compassionate grief support services to individuals and families of all ages throughout Southern Colorado — whether your loved one was in our care or you are a community member experiencing loss from any of life’s many circumstances.

Our dedicated team of grief educators, social workers, and trained volunteers offers understanding, guidance, and personalized support to help you move through the emotional challenges of grief at your own pace. Through education, connection, and one-on-one or group companionship, we provide the tools, comfort, and empathetic presence needed to find strength, healing, and hope.

You deserve to live a fulfilled and healthy life after loss, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

We offer:

Home visits to those who are unable to travel
One-to-one in person support
Phone or virtual support
Group support, in person or virtual
