Sangre de Cristo Community Care invites you to attend our virtual Reflections Ceremony where we honor the people who have impacted our lives. During the ceremony, hospice staff recite names of those remembered and reflect on the meaning of the season. To submit the name of a person you would like honored, please return the order form included here or submit your request on our website by October 2, 2023.
Even if your loved one did not receive hospice care, everyone is welcome to request a name reading at Reflections. Please join us for this special service of remembrance. The Reflections Ceremony will be available online at sangre.org/reflections2023 from November 4, 2023, through January 1, 2024.
