Join Sangre de Cristo Community Care for our annual Reflections ceremony as we honor and remember loved ones who have passed.

Details

During this special gathering, each loved one’s name will be recognized, a flameless candle will be lit in their memory and our chaplain will say a prayer.

Everyone is welcome to participate and attend.
