Reflections Ceremony 2026

Since 2021, Anna has been the talented artist behind every handcrafted Reflections ornament for Sangre de Cristo Community Care. Each ornament is individually created by hand, making it a truly unique and meaningful keepsake for families honoring the memory of a loved one.

Based in the beautiful foothills of Pikes Peak in Colorado, Anna has spent more than 17 years exploring the art of kiln-formed glass. Her intricate process involves carefully selecting colors, hand-cutting individual pieces of glass, layering them into beautiful designs, and firing them in a kiln multiple times. Some of her creations take dozens of hours to complete, reflecting her extraordinary patience, dedication, and attention to detail.

Anna draws inspiration from nature, personal experiences, relationships, and life’s most meaningful moments. Her daughter with special needs has also profoundly shaped her perspective, reminding her that every life holds immeasurable value and beauty.

For Anna, creating art is about more than working with glass. It is about telling stories, celebrating life, and preserving precious memories.
