Hospice and palliative care staff is available in most area hospitals as a short-term solution when pain or symptoms cannot be managed at home or in the Joni Fair Hospice House. Our care team’s focus is on the comfort, care, assistance and support of both the patient and family until the pain and symptoms can be managed. We work closely with hospital staff to coordinate care and continually evaluate and alter care plans to ensure your loved one is comfortable.
